TWELFTH ANNUAL WASHINGTON - BRITISH COLUMBIA INTERNATIONAL MATCH

Seattle Washington, December 7, 2002

Site: The History House, 790 N 34th St, in Fremont (funky community in the city of Seattle).

From I-5, take exit #169 and proceed west (toward the Olympics, for the compass-challenged) on NE 45th St. At Stone Way (about one mile), turn left. Go down the hill to 34th St and turn right. When you go under the Aurora Bridge, The History House will be on your right, behind a colorful iron fence. Public parking is available directly across the street in the Adobe Software campus lot. Take these directions with you on tournament day, and give yourself plenty of time.

Directions for Team BC:

From British Columbia cross the border at the I-5 Peace Arch Crossing and take I-5 south to Seattle. Then follow directions above.

If you have trouble and will be delayed, please call Kirk Winges on cell phone (206) 794-6010.

SPECIAL NOTES! (1) Give yourself plenty of time if driving down Saturday morning; the border crossing can be difficult. (2) Carry adequate identification. Two years ago Canadian players were stopped from entering the US. Recent emigres and their families should carry their passports, and check if a visa is needed.
